Excite opened in 2007 with the vision to create an "EXCITEing" place for young children to learn to dance. The studio originally located in the Glenmore Park Community Centre, opened its doors in June that year with 23 students, offering jazz, tap and ballet.

With a strong focus on nurturing their dancers and providing the very best training, Excite continued to grow and evolve by increasing the styles of dance offered and quickly became the go to studio in Glenmore Park.
Key milestones for the studio include celebrating its 15th year in 2022, moving to their very own purpose-built studio in South Penrith and travelling overseas numerous times to the USA to perform and compete.
